Terms of Service

1. The Service

DialedTint lets a business manage contacts, projects, measurements, proposals, invoices, inventory, documents, reviews and lead forms in English or Spanish.

During the current beta the Service is offered free of charge. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we will give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans.

2. Accounts and authorized users

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• The account owner may invite staff members and decide their roles. The Customer is responsible for everything done through its accounts.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract and be at least 18 years old.

3. Customer data

"Customer Data" means the information you or your staff enter into the Service, including information about your own customers. The Customer owns its Customer Data and is responsible for having the right to collect and use it.

You grant DialedTint a limited license to host, process and display Customer Data only to provide, secure and improve the Service. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics that do not identify you or your customers.

You can export your contacts, projects, proposals and invoices from the Service at any time.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes.
• Do not send unsolicited messages or collect personal data without a legal basis.
• Do not attempt to access other businesses' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass security controls.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.

5. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties, such as sign-in with Google, map displays and address search. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other customers. After termination we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period, so export anything you need first.

7. Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", especially during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You remain responsible for checking prices, measurements, taxes and documents before sending them to your customers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DialedTint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Because the beta is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When changes are material we will notify account owners in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
